FCs help prevent unintended pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections (STIs), including HIV. They are a great safer sex option that can be used by both women and men for vaginal and anal sex.

The girls in this video are from a group called Sisters Empowering Sisters.  The video was taken at a train-the-trainer event held by the Chicago Women’s AIDS Project in March 2009.
